We continually inspect and try to improve our products. All parts have been inspected prior to packaging and our guarantee is limited to replacement of defective parts. This guarantee is in lieu of all other guarantees or warranties implied or expressed. Because we cannot control the application of our products, the buyer assumes risk for any and all damage caused to himself or a third party by virtue of failure of these parts. We make no warranty as to products distributed by us expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We will, however, pass on all warrantees made by the manufacturer, who has sole responsibility for performing such warrantees. We reserve the right to examine any product before replacement or repair.

TERMS AND POLICIES

BUSINESS HOURS:
8:00 AM TO 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, by Appt. Only Saturday. Closed Sundays.

POLICY:
ATLAS PRO MAGNUM reserves the right to decline doing dealer business with anyone who does not meet the following qualifications. The business must be a motorcycle or accessory dealer with a state business license operating on a full time basis. We require your state's resale number, yellow page listing, and business card in order to become a dealer with us.

PRICE:
Due to the unstable nature of foreign exchange rates and the high inflation rate in our own economy, prices are subject to change without notice. Please check your invoice for current prices, as they may differ from the published price list.

PAYMENT:
On all initial orders, payment will be cash or cashier's check. A $500.00 deposit to cover shipping and handling is required on all orders of $1000.00 or less. Special orders will require a minimum deposit of $1000.00. VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX are accepted.

REFUSED ORDERS:
Refused orders will result in customer being placed on a "DO NOT SHIP" status uintil freight charges ans a 20% restocking fee is paid.

SHIPPING:
All orders will be shipped UPS C.O.D. unless other pre-paid online or arrangements have been made.

CLAIMS:
All goods are double checked, carefully packaged, and shipped in good condition. The carrier has responsibility for the goods from the time they leave the facility until the time they are delivered to you. Title of merchandise passes to customer upon our delivery to the carrier. All claims for loss or damage are to be made immediately and directly to the carrier.

RETURNS:
We will not accept any return goods without prior approval. Return merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice the goods were purchased on. A letter or explanation is also required. Authorized returns will be handled by refund check, repair, or replacement. All refused orders and returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of invoice.

RETURNS - SHIPPING COSTS:
No refunds will be made for shipping costs incurred to ship goods to or from our facility.

FOREIGN ORDERS:
All foreign orders are payable in U.S. dollars only. All orders must be paid in advance and will be shipped freight F.O.B. Apple Valley, California.

CALIFORNIA:
All California residents must add 7.75% sales tax to the order, unless you are a dealer with a resale number on file. When ordering online, tax totals will be calculated automatically.
